Bio

Emmanuelle is a dedicated advocate for individuals and families whose lives have been disrupted by the wrongdoing of others. From the beginning of her legal career, she has been drawn to personal injury law because of its unique ability to help people navigate some of the most difficult circumstances of their lives. Her commitment to advocating for injured individuals has shaped every step of her education and professional experience.

Throughout college and law school, Emmanuelle intentionally sought opportunities to work with firms focused on representing individuals who had been injured as a result of someone else’s actions. These experiences gave her firsthand insight into the challenges injured clients face and reinforced her belief that effective legal representation requires not only strong legal advocacy but also compassion, diligence, and a genuine commitment to each client’s individual circumstances.

Emmanuelle approaches every case with determination and attention to detail. She is committed to understanding the facts, identifying the legal issues that matter most, and developing compelling arguments on behalf of her clients. Her strong academic background and extensive experience in advocacy competitions have equipped her with the research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills necessary to effectively represent her clients both inside and outside the courtroom.

Emmanuelle graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University before earning her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Texas Tech University School of Law. During law school, she distinguished herself academically and regularly received awards for achieving the highest grade in her courses. She also competed in advocacy competitions throughout law school and served as a tutor through Texas Tech School of Law’s academic support program, helping fellow law students develop the skills necessary to succeed in their legal education.

Committed to making the legal system more accessible, Emmanuelle served on the Texas Tech School of Law Pro Bono Student Board of Directors. Her work with the Pro Bono Board reflected her longstanding belief that access to justice should not depend on a person’s financial circumstances or background. She was also the recipient of academic scholarships throughout law school in recognition of her academic achievement.

For Emmanuelle, representing a client is about more than pursuing a claim. It is about standing beside someone when they need an advocate, taking their circumstances seriously, and fighting to ensure their voice is heard. She brings the same determination, preparation, and passion to every client and every case she handles.

we know how they fight, so we can fight back
